DETERMINING THE WINNER: The winner shall be determined at random by The Compressor Warehouse or the Sponsor.  The winner shall receive the replacement compressor kit only for the vehicle listed in the entry.

SHIPPING: Domestic ground shipping to the contiguous United Sates of America is included.

CONTACTING THE WINNER: The Compressor Warehouse or the Sponsor must contact the winner through the winning social platform.  The winner will be asked to complete a form online.  The winner must provide a first name, last name, email, phone, and address. In addition, the Year, Make, Model, Submodel, and Engine Size or VIN must be verified. If the winner does not respond with the valid information within 7 days, The Compressor Warehouse or the Sponsor reserve the right to disqualify the winner. If a winner is disqualified, another winner will be selected.

ADDITIONAL TERMS & EXCLUSIONS:  Hybrid, electric, or exotic vehicles are not included in this give away.  If a compressor from Denso or Valeo is not available, The Compressor Warehouse has the right to substitute with another brand and/or condition.  Replacement parts must be available within the aftermarket.  The Compressor Warehouse will not source or procure replacement parts from dealers or vendors others than those it currently considers a vendor.  If a replacement part is not readily available, The Compressor Warehouse reserves the right to remanufacture the winner’s compressor and other parts.  If a replacement part is not available, The Compressor Warehouse reserves the right to issue a store credit.
