Send us your core. We'll rebuild it to spec and return it with a warranty. Single units are priced case-by-case. High-volume shops qualify for our Wholesale R&R Program.
Single-unit R&R
Have a compressor that needs rebuilding? Bring or ship the core to us. We inspect it, assess what's needed, and give you a quote before any work begins. If we can't yield a quality rebuild from that core, we tell you upfront — no surprise charges.
Every rebuilt compressor leaves with a warranty. Pricing is based on the compressor type, condition of the core, and scope of the rebuild. Call us to discuss your specific unit.
R&R Process
Core Intake
You bring or ship the core. We log it, inspect it, and give you a condition assessment.
Grade Report
We grade the core and tell you what it will yield before any rebuild work begins.
Rebuild to Spec
Approved cores are fully rebuilt to OEM spec. Failed components replaced, not patched.
Warranted Return
You receive a tested, warranted compressor ready to install.
Wholesale R&R Program
If your shop or distribution operation is sending 50+ compressor cores per year for rebuilding, you qualify for our Wholesale R&R Program. This gives you flat pricing, a defined core grading policy, and priority turnaround.
The core grading system means you know exactly what you're getting before we start. Each core is assessed against our grading criteria — Grade A through C determine the rebuild path and warranty level. No-grade cores (ungradeable) are returned uninvoiced.
