Warranty Policy

Auto Compressor World warranties all parts.  Below are the specifications of the warranty policy.

Parts Warranty

All parts purchased from Auto Compressor World include a 6 month manufacturer warranty from the date of sale.  Auto Compressor World, will at its discretion, repair or replace any compressor which fails due to either defect in workmanship, or premature failure of any component part used in the manufacturing process.

For Valid Warranty, proper installation is required.

Additional Limitations or Conditions Include:

  • Proper installation procedures are the responsibility of the service technician, and must be followed, including replacement of drier or accumulator with compressors, replacement of expansion device, use of appropriate viscosity and quantity of oil, sufficient evacuation time, and accurate charging.
  • All products are intended for use with either R12 or R134a. Evidence of exposure to any other refrigerant will void the guarantee.
  • Evidence of failure due to lack of lubrication voids the guarantee.
  • This product guarantee applies only to the purchased product, and does not include or extend to peripheral system components (accumulator/drier, expansion valve, hoses, etc.) unless purchased through Auto Compressor World.

Labor Policy

Auto Compressor World does not warranty or reimburse any labor or additional costs incurred during the installation process, whether or not said part was found to be defective.
